Offer Engine AI is operated by Click Nest Marketing, a division of Legacy 1 Funding LLC (collectively, “Offer Engine AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit our website, purchase Offer Engine AI, submit an intake form, receive or request revisions to an offer, or otherwise communicate with us.
For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
We may collect:
Identification and contact information, including your name and email address.
Transaction information, including the product purchased, price, payment status, transaction identifiers, and relevant payment or refund records. Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not intend to store full payment-card numbers.
Customer-submitted business information, including your website URL, what you sell, your intended audience, price, desired customer action, and any bonuses, guarantees, deadlines, limits, edits, revision requests, or other information you provide.
Intake submissions, final deliverables, communications, delivery status, revision status, and timestamps.
Communications, including transactional email and customer-support messages.
Technical and usage information made available by our website and service providers, such as IP address, browser or device information, page activity, cookies, and security or diagnostic information.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information belonging to another person, regulated health information, financial-account credentials, Social Security numbers, or other information that is not necessary for producing your offer.
We use information to:
Process purchases and confirm paid-customer eligibility.
Provide the private intake and fulfill the purchased Offer Engine AI service.
Prepare, review, revise, deliver, and maintain records of your completed offer.
Communicate about payment, intake, fulfillment, delivery, revisions, support, security, and policy changes.
Detect fraud, prevent misuse, secure our systems, troubleshoot problems, and maintain audit records.
Comply with legal, tax, accounting, contractual, and regulatory obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
We do not sell customer-submitted business information as a product. We do not intentionally use customer submissions to train a publicly available general-purpose AI model.
We use GoHighLevel/HighLevel (“GHL”) to host or manage webpages, forms, customer records, workflows, internal tasks, opportunities, tags, email communications, and fulfillment records. When GHL processes information for us, Offer Engine AI remains responsible for describing our own practices and responding to customer requests, subject to applicable law and GHL’s own terms and privacy commitments.
We use Stripe to process payments, help prevent fraud, and manage transaction-related information. Stripe may collect payment and device information directly and process it under Stripe’s own privacy policy and contractual terms. We receive transaction details needed to confirm, fulfill, reconcile, refund, or support a purchase, but we do not intend to receive or store your full card number.
We may also use hosting, email, security, analytics, professional-adviser, and AI technology providers when reasonably necessary to operate and fulfill the service. These providers may process information only for authorized business purposes, under their applicable agreements and safeguards.
Offer production may use internal AI-assisted tools to help organize customer-provided information, propose language, create draft variations, or support editing. AI-assisted material is reviewed by a human before delivery. Authorized personnel remain responsible for fulfillment decisions; a customer is not given an unreviewed public generator through this service.
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable material. Customers should independently verify all factual claims, prices, deadlines, guarantees, legal or regulatory statements, intellectual-property issues, and statements about their business before using the delivered offer.
We may disclose information:
To GHL, Stripe, and other service providers that help us operate, secure, communicate, process payment, or fulfill the service.
To professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or transaction counterparties when reasonably necessary.
To government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
At your direction or with your consent.
We do not authorize service providers to use customer information for their own unrelated purposes merely because they process it for us.
We use email for purchase confirmation, intake delivery, fulfillment questions, PDF delivery, revision communications, customer support, security messages, and other service-related communications. Transactional messages may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting us.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our service. These may include access controls, restricted internal handling, authenticated service-provider accounts, payment processing through Stripe, and records maintained in GHL. No transmission, storage system, or security control can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain intake information, final deliverables, communications, delivery and revision status, and timestamps for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, administer the seven-calendar-day revision period, maintain business and audit records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, accounting, chargeback, or contractual requirements. Payment providers and other service providers may retain information according to their own legal and operational requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely archive it, subject to legal and operational requirements. A valid deletion request may not require deletion of information that we must or are permitted to retain.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; request a copy of certain information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or opt out of marketing. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Offer Engine AI is a business service and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this service. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Our website or communications may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices that are outside our control.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required by law.
